We are looking for an Anaesthetic Technician/Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse
Anaesthetic Assistant to join our growing team at Boulcott Hospital. In this role you will be an
integral part of the team, contributing in the safe delivery of Anaesthesia for a wide range of
procedures.

At Boulcott we care about our staff. We are small enough everyone knows your name but also big
enough that we get a variety of surgical cases, and you can enjoy your work. Admissions are
predictable, it’s all planned.

About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time (1 FTE, 40 hours per week) position, however part- time and casual
positions would be considered.
Hours to be worked on a Monday to Friday roster.

Skills and experience
Alongside your previous experience as an Anaesthetic Technician/Operating Department
Practitioner/RNAA, our ideal candidate will also have the following:
• Hold Profession Registration with an Annual Practicing Certificate
• Demonstrate expert clinical knowledge and practice
• Demonstrate sound professional judgement and an ability to practice in a culturally safe
manner
• Confidence to build successful working relationships with those around you, the ability to work
independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and a proactive, flexible attitude.
