Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau District is looking for a Registered Anaesthetic Technician or experienced RNAA who is interested in an educational career pathway. You will be joining our well established education team in the designated position of Clinical Coach.

Our education team have an excellent reputation within the district, region and across Aotearoa for equipping and empowering our workforce to deliver the highest quality patient and whaanau care.

The team currently:
Provide the necessary support for staff development through point of care educational interventions.
Assist with a range of activities in the perioperative work environment including:
clinical induction into the workplace,
supervising students and
supporting preceptors to ensure training requirements are met
Delivering educational opportunities to the Anaesthetic Technician wider team.

Essential requirements of the role are:
Registration with the Medical Sciences Council and current APC
At least 3 years’ experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Passion for people and development
